IMPRINTING

Custom imprinting is available on PIP safety eyewear (most styles), hard hats, gloves, vests, tee shirts, sweatshirts and jackets.

Customer must supply “Vector Art” electronically in one of the following formats: (AI, EPS, TIFF). Logo’s or artwork downloaded from your web site is NOT at a high enough resolution and will not be acceptable.
Photocopies, business cards, stationary, drawings, decals and faxes are not acceptable forms of art.

Please Note: If any fonts have been used in the creation of your logo they must be converted to outlines.

If your company logo does not meet our printing requirements and must be re-created, we do offer this service for a one time fee. This may also add extra time to your delivery date.

Our standard Pantone colors are: Black, White, Silver (PMS 877), Red (PMS 185), Blue (PMS 300), and Green (PMS 355). Special order Pantone colors are available, however, this may add extra time to your shipping.

* Shipment will be made within 5 business days after receipt and sign-off of approved artwork.

Initial orders are subject to a one-time plate charge. PIP does not charge this fee on re-orders.

Prices quoted will be for a single location imprint only. Additional imprint locations will be extra.

Please Note: When printing on helmet colors other than white it may be necessary to add an underlay color to achieve a better color match. In these instances, an additional imprint charge may be applied. A PIP representative will notify you if this situation occurs. Quantities given are per helmet style.
